To compensate the insured for all damages which they will become legally liable to pay if the following events should take place:

• Accidental death of or bodily injury or illness of any person
• Accidental loss of or physical damage to tangible property
• Accidental obstruction, trespass, nuisance or interference with any right of way, air, light or water or other easement
• Unintended wrongful arrest up to the limit agreed with Sanlam
• Unintended defamation up to the limit agreed with Sanlam, occurring during the period of the policy and arising during or in connection with the insured’s business operations including the private dwellings or residences owned/rented/leased by the insured
