How to Qualify
Professional qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, Actuarial, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
Diploma holders with strong insurance sales experience may be considered.
COP/ECOP certification where applicable.
Insurance Institute of Kenya (IIK) qualifications are an added advantage.
Computer literacy
Experience
3 to 5 years in insurance sales.
At least 1 to 2 years in leadership or team supervision.
Personal attributes
Strong networking ability
Entrepreneurial mindset
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Self-driven and target-oriented
Passion for helping clients achieve financial success
