We are pleased to announce to you that the Insurance Regulatory Authority of Kenya (IRA) has granted approval for the portfolio transfer of Allianz Kenya General Insurance business to Jubilee Allianz General Insurance (K) Limited following the acquisition of Jubilee General Insurance Limited in May 4th 2021, and the change of name to Jubilee Allianz General Insurance (K) Limited.

In this regard, effective 20th June 2022 Jubilee Allianz General Insurance (K) Limited and Allianz Kenya operations will be fully consolidated into Jubilee Allianz General Insurance (K) Limited. All contracts issued under Allianz Kenya remain valid under the new change.
